I understand and agree that I am submitting a deposit and requesting an order from Simpson's Farm Market. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. By submitting this order I agree to payment in full of the remainder balance for this order within 7 calendar days from the date the invoice is emailed to me. Final payment is to be by check or cash, but payment can be made via debit/credit card (4% fee added on balance due). Failure to pay within 7 days may result in a 10% penalty or my order being sold to someone else and loss of my deposit. Final invoice pricing will be based on the live weight of the animal x $4.10/lb. I also agree that I am responsible to pay all associated butchering costs. Checking the confirmation and agreement box above will constitute my electronic signature.
